Denise Kish is an ACE certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. She is also certified in mat Pilates through AAAI and is certified in CPR/AED as well as basic first aid. She specializes in personal training, group fitness, Pilates, weight loss, weight management, youth fitness, nutrition, and pre/post-natal. She will work with you to design an individualized program that will help you meet your goals. Denise has over 7 years training experience and got started in the fitness industry by transforming her own body through a 40 pound weight loss. A healthy lifestyle and fitness are her passions and she is committed to helping and motivating you to meet all your health and fitness goals.
Katie Meske is a NASM certified personal trainer. She is also certified in group exercise classes, as well as CPR/AED. Her specialties include personal training, Bootcamp classes, total body conditioning, and contest preparation. Katie is very passionate about working with clients so they can achieve and surpass their goals. She has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years, and competes in figure competitions. Along with her fitness certifications, she is also a licensed massage therapist. Katie is extremely in touch with the body, and loves to inspire her clients to be the best they can be!
Dana Pitman, RD is a Registered Dietitian with the American Dietetic Association. In addition to her affiliation with the ADA, she is a member of the New York Dietetic Association, and belongs to the Sports, Cardiovascular and Wellness Nutrition and the Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Groups.
After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology in 2000, Dana entered the corporate world in the field of Human Resources and Recruiting. Having always enjoyed a physically active lifestyle, a passion for food and overall health and after achieving her own successful 50 pound weight loss, she desired to educate and motivate others to achieve their goals as she had. In 2006 Dana left the corporate world to pursue a degree in nutrition. Since that time she has completed the Didactic Program in Dietetics at New York University and completed her Dietetic Internship at New York University Langone Medical Center. She is currently working towards her Master of Science degree in Clinical Nutrition at NYU.
Dana approaches each client individually and considers the word ‘diet’ to be a four-letter word. She believes it is absolutely possible to enjoy a busy, active and social lifestyle and to make healthy food choices all at the same time. Dana provides clients with the tools necessary to make these healthier choices and will help each client to tailor a menu plan meeting specific lifestyle needs. You will set goals that are realistic and achievable and designed to help you make changes that will last a lifetime.
In her spare time, Dana enjoys being as active as possible and enjoys running, pilates, spinning and her weekly boxing and kickboxing classes.
