Welcome to my site and Conscious Strength™. I’m Kristin Reisinger, and I’m truly glad you’re here!

Conscious Strength™ was built through years of both education and experience. It’s the intersection of decades spent studying exercise physiology, nutrition, yoga, psychosomatics… with a lot of amazing, restorative international travel along the way… and alongside the very real life experiences that tested, reshaped, and strengthened me during this time.

Every challenge, reinvention, setback, lesson, and breakthrough helped shape this space and the work I now share with others.

This isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about learning how to build a strong body, a grounded mind, and an expanded life from the inside out.

Here, you’ll find a blend of strength training, yoga, mindset work, conscious living practices, wellness education, and real conversations about what it means to evolve through life’s transitions with resilience, self-trust, and intention…. unapologetically!

My approach combines evidence-informed wellness with practical tools that actually fit into real life. No performative wellness. No pretending. Just honest growth, sustainable practices, and support that helps you reconnect to yourself in a deeper way.
